Job Title : HR Business Partner
Job Description :
We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our organization and talent strategy for various business groups. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with enterprise human resources strategy, operations, and processes. The ideal candidate will work independently to understand long-term business strategies, leveraging people insights and enterprise talent strategy to enable the business and foster a productive work environment for associates and managers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with managers to translate business strategy into talent plans.
- Coach and consult with managers to diagnose team challenges and opportunities for success.
- Consult with HR center of excellence (COE) partners on best practices and processes.
- Measure the success of HR plans and identify ways to improve current methods and processes.
- Manage a heavily matrixed environment and partner with HRBPs across the globe on strategic initiatives.
- Solve complex problems and implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.
- Resolve complex escalated issues from COEs and team members.
- Drive the delivery of workforce, DEIB, and talent strategy plans.
- Provide support and coaching to HRBP team members reporting into this role.
Basic Qualifications :
An undergraduate degree or international equivalent is required.A minimum of 10+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 of those years in an HRBP role.Experience in product and / or services organizations.Experience and interest in supporting a high-growth organization, including supporting business groups across multiple verticals, horizontals, and geographical distances.Excellent communication, consulting, and coaching skills.Experience within a matrixed management environment and with managing through influence.Experience creating and implementing HR programs, including compensation, performance management, and manager / leadership development
