Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes for technical and managerial positions
• Design and manage performance management systems, appraisals, and succession planning
• Oversee compensation & benefits structure, salary benchmarking, and reward programs
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory acts, and statutory HR requirements
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and industrial relations with unions
• Lead organizational development, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs
• Manage HR operations including payroll, attendance, leave management, and HRIS
• Handle disciplinary actions, exit interviews, and employee lifecycle management
