Salesforce Tech Lead Consultant

Payroll : Cloud Peritus (Hitech City, Hyderabad) Company Link : will be working with the Cloud Peritus customers.

Notice Period : Immediate only

Work Mode : 5 Days Working ( 4 Days WFO and 1 Day WFH)

Timings : Flexible

Interview :

3-4 Rounds based on the Interviewer
L1 and L2 will be Virtual
Final round will be F2F in Cloud Peritus office.

EXP : 10+ Yrs. (Look for who has lead exp.)

Job Description :

Must have hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (mandatory).

Should act as an individual contributor when required, with strong technical coding and delivery skills.

Good to have experience in CPQ, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, CLM, or other specialized Salesforce Clouds.

Expertise expected across Apex (Synchronous & Asynchronous), LWC, Aura, Integrations (REST / SOAP / Bulk APIs), Streaming API, Salesforce DX, Git, CI / CD, and deployment best practices.

Strong in designing data models, security models, integration patterns, and data migration strategies.

Should be able to lead estimations, PoCs, reviews, and drive coding standards, frameworks, test strategy, and security reviews.

Progressing towards or holding System Architect / Application Architect certifications is preferred.

Should have good communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Should stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, driving continuous learning within the team.
