Key Responsibilities :
- Drive home loan and loan against property (LAP) sales through a combination of direct sourcing and channel partners (DSAs, connectors, builders, etc.).
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Senior RMs to achieve sales targets and enhance productivity.
- Design and implement sales strategies to drive growth and ensure monthly and quarterly business targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to maximize business opportunities and lead flow.
- Oversee customer acquisition , onboarding, and ensure a seamless experience through proper handholding and follow-ups.
- Ensure end-to-end compliance , proper documentation, and adherence to internal credit and operational processes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategy enhancement.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely sanctioning and disbursement of loans.
Requirements :
8–12 years of experience in retail banking , preferably in mortgage / home loans or LAP .Proven track record in team leadership , sales strategy development , and execution .Strong knowledge of the mortgage lending ecosystem , including regulatory norms, channel dynamics, and customer lifecycle management.Excellent communication , negotiation , and relationship-building skills .Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Skills Required
