Job descriptionGraduate (Any) Comfortable with using MS Word and MS Excel Good Communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrable team management skills Ability to collaborate, delegate and motivate Minimum work experience of 3 years Exposure in similar industry would be preferable Exposure to secured lending asset products viz. Home Finance / Personal Loan / Educational Loan etc can be considered
Job Responsibilities :
- Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property
- Generating business from DSAs.
- Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents / formalities.
- Monitoring & resolving Infant delinquent cases
- Building relationship with current and prospective Customers
- Providing off roll incentive inputs for timely processing
- Meeting HNI customers for Business Loans
- Generating corporate leads and closing them
- Achieve the branch / location target through the team which includes branch sales target, ALR ,controlling PDD / delinquency
