This role is for a Branch Sales Manager (BSM) specializing in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) for a leading NBFC. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual responsible for identifying and executing sales growth opportunities, driving channel expansion, and acquiring new accounts to ensure continuous business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Segmentation & Client Acquisition : Segment the market to identify potential direct clients. Approach and generate business by offering customized loan structures that align with client requirements and provide profitable margins for the business.
- Relationship Building & Sales Target Achievement : Build and maintain strong relationships within the DSA / DST / Connector network to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients to source business.
- Loan Sanctioning & Channel Expansion : Drive faster Turnaround Times (TATs) by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, thereby expanding channel presence and the customer base.
- Sales Operations & Performance Tracking : Track and report on sales operations and productivity metrics. Contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.
- Business Initiatives & Contests : Actively participate in initiatives and contests organized by the business team to boost overall sales performance.
Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate Degree .2 - 4 years of experience in sales , preferably in Home Loans or Loan Against Property (LAP) .Strong ability to identify and execute sales growth opportunities .Proven skills in client acquisition and relationship management .Excellent understanding of market segmentation and sales operations .Skills Required
