Description

We are seeking an experienced D2C Manager / Head to lead our direct-to-consumer initiatives in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive sales, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement D2C strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring an excellent shopping experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to enhance product offerings and promotional activities.
  • Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 9-13 years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track performance and derive insights.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
