We are seeking an experienced D2C Manager / Head to lead our direct-to-consumer initiatives in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive sales, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement D2C strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring an excellent shopping experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to enhance product offerings and promotional activities.
- Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Skills and Qualifications
9-13 years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce management or a related field.Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer acquisition strategies.Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track performance and derive insights.Experience with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Skills Required
