Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Strategy & Growth : Define and execute strategies to scale Fynd's marketplace business.
- Seller Acquisition & Onboarding : Build and expand a strong network of brands, retailers, and sellers on the platform.
- Performance Optimization : Drive GMV, conversion rates, and profitability by analyzing data and implementing growth strategies.
- Operations & Supply Chain Management : Ensure seamless order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management for marketplace sellers.
- Customer Experience & Retention : Enhance buyer and seller satisfaction by improving processes, policies, and platform features.
- Partnerships & Alliances : Collaborate with brands, logistics providers, and fintech partners to enhance marketplace capabilities.
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketplace team.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or retail strategy.Strong understanding of seller onboarding, P&L management, and online marketplace dynamics.Proven track record in driving marketplace growth and revenue.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and marketing.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Skills Required
