Resource Management Data & Insights Analyst

Job descriptionIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in resource data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate data findings into strategic initiatives. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of resource management strategies. Conduct statistical analysis and performance simulations to model capacity and predict future resource needs. Regularly report on performance metrics to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Partner with Transformation lead to analyze current resource management processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Work closely with resource managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for data-driven decision-making. Provide training and support to teams on the use of resource management tools and analytics. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of resource management data by implementing data validation and quality control measures. Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to support reliable and timely insights. Generate a data-driven point of view for leadership consumption, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making. Present complex data findings and capacity models to leadership in a clear and actionable manner. Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, resource management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Experience in capacity modeling and statistical analysis for performance simulation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to diverse audiences. Experience with resource management software and tools is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
