Talent Mobility Analyst (Resource Management)

Trianz is seeking a Talent Mobility Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret data related to talent acquisition, employee performance, and retention strategies.
• Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps and recommend solutions.
• Support the design and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and career development.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent management to keep the organization competitive.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on talent management performance and trends.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in data analysis and reporting methodologies.
