Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with agents and brokers to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct training sessions for agents to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to agents to improve results.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote life insurance products through the agency channel.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist agents in closing sales and addressing customer inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications
2-9 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.Strong understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to analyze data and generate reports.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.Skills Required
