At NeuroSpear.ai, we’re building the future of AI-driven sales enablement. We’re early stage and looking for a Founding SDR who’s excited to be at the intersection of AI + Sales.
Role Overview :
As the Founding SDR, you’ll be the first sales hire, working directly with the founders. This is not just a cold-calling role — you’ll help shape the sales motion, playbook, and culture from day one.
You’ll be responsible for building top-of-funnel pipeline, testing outbound strategies, and feeding back real-world learnings into product and GTM.
What you will do :
- Own prospecting & outreach across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls
- Book qualified meetings with CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with founders to refine ICP & messaging
- Build the SDR playbook for future hires
- Be the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product & marketing
What We’re Looking For :
2–5 years of experience in an SDR / BDR role (preferably SaaS or B2B tech)Proven ability to hit or exceed meeting booking quotasExcellent communication & storytelling skillsHustle + curiosity : You’re excited about AI, startups, and sales techComfortable with ambiguity and building things from scratchBonus : Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales NavigatorWhy Join Us?
