What You’ll Do
This isn’t just about closing leads—it’s about building trust and helping learners make career-defining choices.
Engage with prospects → Connect with potential learners, understand their goals, and show them how Airtribe can help them get there.
Own the admissions journey → Follow up with leads, keep conversations warm, and guide them with clarity and empathy.
Be consultative, not pushy → Understand learner needs deeply and offer tailored solutions.
Build lasting relationships → Every conversation matters—your role is to create trust, not transactions.
Bring insights back to the team → Share learner feedback to help refine campaigns, messaging, and overall experience.
Keep it organised → Maintain accurate records in our CRM to ensure seamless collaboration.
Represent Airtribe → Be our voice at networking events, creating connections and opening doors.
What You’ll Bring
Strong verbal & written communication skills (you can explain things simply and clearly).
1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development (edtech / product sales is a plus).
Ability to build trust quickly and maintain relationships.
Confidence in presenting and handling objections.
A self-starter mindset—you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, or any sales tech.
Bonus : Prior experience or internships in consultative selling.
