Fretlog, a subsidiary of Arkas Logistics, is looking to fill a Asst. Manager-Sales vacancy in Chennai.This position is to drive the growth and success of the company by developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role ensures the achievement of company revenue targets by managing the sales process and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities are both managerial and operational. Including to assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives and to build & maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.Main Responsibilities : Support the Sales Manager in preparing regular performance reports and presentations for senior managementAid in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contractsIdentify potential business opportunities and generate new leads within the freight forwarding marketCoordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirementsEnsure a high level of customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues efficientlyQualifications : University degree or suitable equivalentMinimum 3-5 years of work experience in the same fieldMS Office programsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenOutstanding people skills.
