Job Overview :
Own end-to-end HR operations : hiring, onboarding, attendance / HRMS, policy roll-outs, basic payroll inputs, and engagement—ensuring smooth people operations for a growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews
- Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS / attendance & leave records
- Prepare basic payroll inputs and maintain employee files
- Implement HR policies; support employee engagement & culture
- Create weekly HR reports / MIS in Google Sheets
