Project Manager (healthcare / tech-enabled)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery for strategic initiatives, from scoping to execution to closure.

Translate business goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones, owners, and KPIs.

Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, operations, finance, and external partners.

Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to keep initiatives on track.

Create structured reporting for leadership covering progress, risks, and resource allocation.

Build agile yet scalable processes that balance speed of execution with long-term sustainability.

Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within project teams.

Requirements

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in startups, healthcare, or tech-enabled businesses.

Strong track record of delivering projects in dynamic and fast-scaling environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in modern project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalents).

Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and design structure where none exists.

PMP / Agile / Scrum certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
