Job description

What youll be doing :

Collaborate with functional units to identify, define, and document business requirements.
Act as a bridge between departmental end-users, IT stakeholders, and technical experts.
Track, monitor, and document project changes during execution.
Identify opportunities to enhance business outcomes and client satisfaction.
Provide mentoring, coaching, and training support to team members.
Conduct regular project reviews with internal and client stakeholders.
Ensure development teams are aligned with organizational updates.
Deliver structured and impactful presentations to stakeholders.
Proactively resolve or escalate issues to ensure smooth delivery.
Consistently achieve desired CSAT levels.
Monitor project progress and present reports to senior management.
Participate in pre-UAT testing to validate application quality.

What skills are we looking for ?

Minimum 18+ months of hands-on Project Management experience (Exposure to Waterfall, Agile, and related methodologies).

PMP certification is highly desirable.

Proven experience leading and managing teams of 7+ members.

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
