Value Labs - Technical Project Manager - Azure Integration

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (Azure Integration) who can combine strong project management expertise with hands-on technical capability in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.

The ideal candidate will lead integration projects end-to-end while still being hands-on with solution design and development.

This role requires a mix of leadership, stakeholder management, and deep technical knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage Azure-based integration projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in designing and implementing solutions using :
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure API Management (APIM)
• REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Architects, Developers, QA, and Business stakeholders) to gather requirements, design integration flows, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor and optimize integration solutions for performance, security, and reliability.
• Drive best practices, reusable frameworks, and standards across integration projects.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and budgets, while providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide team members in technical problem-solving and Azure integration practices.
