Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Rebate Analyst with a strong finance background to manage, analyze, and validate trade rebate programs. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate calculation, forecasting, validation, and compliance of rebate and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform rebate calculation and validation in alignment with agreed trade terms and financial policies.

Manage claim validation and ensure accuracy in processing customer rebates and incentive claims.

Conduct sales data validation to support accurate rebate settlements.

Execute payment reconciliation and ensure timely clearance of rebate-related payments.

Perform variance analysis and scenario modeling to support management decisions on rebate structures.

Collaborate with sales, finance, and compliance teams for trade promotion and rebate forecasting.

Manage accruals related to rebates and promotional expenses, ensuring accuracy in month-end closing.

Handle dispute management by investigating and resolving claim discrepancies.

Ensure adherence to compliance standards and internal controls during rebate processing.

Prepare reports and dashboards on rebate performance and forecasting accuracy.

Preferred Background :

Strong Finance or Accounting background.

Experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Consumer Goods industries preferred.

Working knowledge of ERP tools (SAP / Oracle) and reporting tools (Power BI / Excel).
