About the role

As an Implementation Analyst at Rippling, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers while managing technical aspects of the data migration process and contributing to product improvements. You'll work closely with both external clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth integrations and provide valuable insights to enhance Rippling's offerings.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with external clients and internal team members, including Implementation Managers, Engineers, and Support staff.
  • Oversee the migration of payroll and other data onto the Rippling platform, and assist with additional data migration tasks as required.
  • Lead and manage projects involving both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication and execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Rippling's platform and processes within three months to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various Rippling products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for specific process workstreams, providing support and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process and product improvements proactively, focusing on automation and enhanced features to better meet customer needs.
  • Manage various data formats and utilize tools such as Google Sheets to handle and configure data within the Rippling platform.
  • Ensure ownership of documentation related to processes and product enhancements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information for the team.

What you will need

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with both customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and become proficient in Rippling's platform and related systems.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple stakeholders and tasks concurrently.
  • Experience working with data migration, particularly payroll and HR-related data.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) and the ability to configure data within software platforms.
  • A proactive mindset to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • A self-starter with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ideas for product and process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Contribute actively to knowledge management initiatives to ensure best practices are shared and utilized across the team.
  • Complete monthly Process Knowledge Transfer (PKT) tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with external customers and internal teams, including Implementation Managers, Engineers, and Support staff to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
  • Manage the migration of payroll and other data onto the Rippling platform, assisting with additional data migration tasks as needed.
  • Oversee and manage projects involving internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication and execution.
  • Subject Matter Expertise : Gain in-depth expertise in Rippling's platform and processes within the first 3 months.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various Rippling products, acting as a valuable resource for both internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for specific process workstreams.
  • Process and Product Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities for process and product improvements. Focus on automation and enhanced features to better serve the customer base.
  • Data Management : Work with various data formats and use tools such as Google Sheets to manage and configure data within the Rippling platform.
  • Documentation : Take ownership of documentation related to processes and product enhancements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for the team.
  • Qualifications : Proven experience in product / process improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in using data management tools and platforms.
  • Ability to quickly gain expertise in new platforms and processes.
