Key Responsibilities :
Pricing Strategy & Development :
- Support creation and analysis of pricing models for IT support services in global markets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Account Management to develop competitive pricing proposals.
- Guide on discounting, pricing optimization, and support contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and governance.
- Continuously improve pricing tools and processes.
- Conduct market benchmarking and competitive pricing analysis.
Data Management & Reporting :
Generate pricing reports with insights on trends, profitability, and sales performance.Manage and maintain accurate pricing databases.Handle and analyze large data sets effectively.Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin or related fields.Additional certifications (CA, MBA, CFA, CPA) are a plus.Experience : 4–5 years in deal pricing and financial analysis (consulting / services industry).Skilled in pricing T&M, rate cards, fixed / milestone-based contracts.Familiar with pricing tools, strategies, and best practices.Background in IT QA or Engineering is a bonus.Skills Required
