At NeuroSpear.ai , we’re building the future of AI-driven sales enablement . We’re early stage and looking for a Founding SDR who’s excited to be at the intersection of AI + Sales .
Role Overview :
As the Founding SDR , you’ll be the first sales hire , working directly with the founders. This is not just a cold-calling role — you’ll help shape the sales motion, playbook, and culture from day one.
You’ll be responsible for building top-of-funnel pipeline, testing outbound strategies, and feeding back real-world learnings into product and GTM.
What you will do :
Own prospecting & outreach across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls
Book qualified meetings with CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers
Collaborate with founders to refine ICP & messaging
Build the SDR playbook for future hires
Be the voice of the customer , providing feedback to product & marketing
What We’re Looking For :
2–5 years of experience in an SDR / BDR role (preferably SaaS or B2B tech)
Proven ability to hit or exceed meeting booking quotas
Excellent communication & storytelling skills
Hustle + curiosity : You’re excited about AI, startups, and sales tech
Comfortable with ambiguity and building things from scratch
Bonus : Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
