Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong SaaS and recruitment background.This role will combine strategic product ownership with day-to-day execution as a Scrum Master.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jira, deep knowledge of agile product delivery, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.Product Manager SaaS Recruitment Platform :
Location : Gurugram, India (On-site).Experience Required : 58 years.Key Responsibilities :
Own the end-to-end product roadmap for CloudHires SaaS recruitment platform.Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories.Act as Scrum Master for engineering teams, managing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Oversee Jira workflows, ensuring tickets are properly defined, prioritized, and delivered on schedule.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure product-market fit.Define product KPIs and monitor performance against objectives.Stay ahead of HRTech, SaaS, and AI recruitment trends to guide product strategy.Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of Product Management experience with strong SaaS expertise.Proven experience in recruitment technology, ATS, staffing platforms, or HRTech solutions.Certified or proven Scrum Master with hands-on agile delivery.Advanced knowledge of Jira (setup, workflows, reporting, dashboards).Strong understanding of product analytics and metrics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar).Exceptional stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and prioritization skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex requirements into clear deliverables.Personality & Culture Fit :
