Job Role : Product Manager
Location : Noida (Work From Office)
Experience : 5-10 Years

Role Overview :

We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager with strong experience in taking products from concept to launch.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and ensure delivery of innovative, scalable solutions.

This role requires a balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive execution and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities :

Lead product lifecycle end-to-end : from ideation, design, and development to launch, adoption, and iteration.

Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and user stories.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to refine products.

Define and track product success metrics and KPIs; make data-driven decisions for prioritization.

Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, and cross-team alignment to ensure cost-efficient delivery.

Drive Agile / iterative releases, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to reduce time-to-market.

Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation (PRDs, workflows, agreements, POCs).

Present product updates and strategies to leadership, securing buy-in and influencing priorities.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI / ML-driven products.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.

Experience working with Agile, SAFe, or similar frameworks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives and user needs
