The Role : Sales Professional

We are seeking driven sales leaders who are passionate about building profitable enterprises and scaling customer success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Champion a customer-first mindset in every interaction
  • Listen actively, ask impactful questions, and tell compelling stories
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, driving multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Deliver accurate pipeline reports and quarterly forecasts
  • Introduce LeadSquareds solutions to the right stakeholders in target markets
  • Research and identify key decision-makers using prospecting tools
  • Conduct client need analysis, identify pain points, and design effective outreach strategies
  • Collaborate with insights, presales, and customer success teams to deliver 8+ years of experience selling software products in CRM, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, or Business Process Automation to enterprise customers (CMO-level and above)
  • SaaS sales experience is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging software demos via web meetings
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and map them to impactful solutions
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A trusted advisor whom customers naturally reach out toboth in need and in appreciation
