Director BFSI (Insurance)

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our BFSI Consulting Practice as a Director.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading consultative engagements across the banking and financial services ecosystem, including banks, NBFCs, insurance firms, and asset management companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex consulting engagements and drive transformation initiatives for BFSI clients
• Provide strategic advisory support on business planning, market entry and expansion strategies, and organizational growth initiatives
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks, process optimization, and profitability improvement plans
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, delivering high-impact insights and recommendations
• Mentor and guide internal consulting teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and relationship building
