Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales across quick commerce platforms and marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) , performance marketing strategies , and digital growth initiatives .
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across quick commerce and e-commerce platforms.
- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive sales and ROI.
- Monitor platform analytics and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for inventory planning, catalog management, and product content.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to drive platform-led promotions and visibility.
- Optimize customer experience across online channels to increase conversions and repeat purchases.
- Stay updated on quick commerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, ad spend, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support in creating digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.).Hands-on experience with performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, etc.).Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and digital analytics tools .Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.3–5 years of experience in e-commerce / quick commerce / performance marketing .Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.Show more
