Job descriptionLead the product data management process, including bulk updates, SKU mapping, and cross-store consistency using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure product visuals and descriptions align with campaigns. Support fulfillment, order tracking, and issue resolution as needed. Recommend improvements to streamline Shopify / Sanity processes, apps, and reporting. Identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve e-commerce efficiency and customer experience. Provide recommendations on new tools, integrations, and automations to enhance scalability. Act as a subject matter expert on Shopify / Sanity best practices, apps, and workflow optimization. Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on. 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify / Sanity stores (multi-site experience highly regarded). Deep understanding of Shopify / Sanity ecosystem, including themes, apps, and integrations. Strong technical skills — Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation), Shopify / Sanity reporting, and basic HTML / CSS for troubleshooting. Proven ability to manage and optimize online stores independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Experience with Okendo, Foursixty, Klaviyo, Airtable, or Monday.com preferred. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with Shopify / Sanity apps such as Okendo, Foursixty, and Klaviyo (Desirable)

About The Role
We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior E-Commerce Platform Specialist to join our team. You will take ownership of the end-to-end management of our three (3) Shopify / Sanity stores, ensuring smooth operations, optimized product listings, and consistent brand alignment across all e-commerce touchpoints. This role suits someone who's comfortable working independently, can identify and implement process improvements, and brings strategic insight to e-commerce administration and online retail performance.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Shopify / Sanity Management
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of multiple Shopify / Sanity stores.
- Manage product setup, collections, SEO optimization (titles, tags, meta descriptions), and content updates.
- Optimize product and collection pages for UX, SEO, and conversion.
- Analyze sales and site performance using Shopify / Sanity analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Matrixify, Google Analytics).
- Manage integrations and workflows across Shopify / Sanity apps, including Okendo, Foursixty, and Klaviyo.
- Implement and maintain consistent branding, product information, and promotional campaigns across all stores.
