E-commerce Manager

The E-commerce Manager will own the strategy, execution, and performance of WinMagic Toys' online business across all marketplace and quick commerce platforms. This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and collaboration with marketing, operations, design, and finance teams to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Ownership

• Develop and execute the annual e-commerce business plan to achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets.
• Manage P&L for e-commerce channels.
• Forecast and monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and pricing competitiveness.

2. Marketplace Management

3. Quick Commerce (Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.)

4. Performance Marketing & Analytics

5. Brand & Content Management

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
