We are looking for an experienced and result-driven State Head - West to lead our regional sales and business operations in the Tools and Adhesives domain.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving regional growth, managing distribution networks, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead overall sales, distribution, and business development activities in the West India region
- Develop and execute region-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and on-ground sales staff
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and institutional clients
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to drive tactical initiatives
- Ensure effective channel management, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination
- Drive brand visibility and product penetration through promotional activities and market outreach
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align regional execution with organizational goals
- Monitor performance KPIs and report on regional performance to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and credit control norms
Eligibility & Qualifications :
