Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead and scale the Commerce Vertical. The role demands complete ownership of revenue delivery, sales processes, and center operations across 80100 company-owned coaching centers pan-India. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with experience in driving large-scale center-based businesses, strong process orientation, and the ability to build and motivate large distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Revenue Ownership : Lead sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue targets of 150200 Cr across the commerce coaching vertical.
  • Center Management : Drive admissions and sales across 80100 company-owned coaching centers nationwide.
  • Sales Leadership : Build, manage, and mentor a large sales team (100+ members) across geographies.
  • Process Excellence : Establish and streamline sales processes, data-driven decision making, and performance monitoring systems.
  • Growth Strategy : Collaborate with management to define and execute strategies for expansion into new geographies and segments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Market Insights : Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and student acquisition models to drive innovation and growth.

Candidate Profile :

  • Experience : 15+ years of strong sales experience, with at least the last 45 years managing national or multi-regional sales across 7 - 8 key states.
  • Domain : Proven experience in managing center-based businesses (company-owned, not franchise-driven) preferably in education / coaching / test-prep or allied industries.
  • Scale : Currently managing revenue of 100+ Cr, 50+ centers, and a team of 100+ people.
  • Leadership : Strong people manager with the ability to lead distributed teams across multiple cities.
  • Skills & Traits : Aggressive sales mindset, process-driven, data-savvy, strong execution focus.
  • Qualification : CA or MBA preferred (not mandatory).
  • Age : 3550 years.
