Role Description

• This full-time on-site role based in Thane is for an Area Head Across Maharatra, Madhapradesh, Rajasthan ,Gujarat, Delhi, Westbengal, Jharkhand , Chhattisgarh - at Urban Money. The Area Head will oversee and manage the loan advisory processes in their designated region.
• Key responsibilities include leading a team of loan advisors, establishing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth. The role involves strategizing, planning, and executing various lending solutions to meet clients' Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the lending sector
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Advanced strategic planning and business development skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis and risk management
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
