Job description

Job Role :

  • Technical IT AND Non-Technical Recruitment
  • Recruitment for our in-house Technical (IT / EC) and Non-Technical requirements of Domestic staff at Pan India locations as per the timelines
  • Sourcing and screening resumes, Head hunting
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • liaising with interviewers and following up on the interview process status
  • Engaging with shortlisted and prospective candidates
  • Keeping the selected candidates warm till Joining
  • Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and solicit referrals
  • Maintain database and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Requirements

Required Skills :

  • Any Bachelor's / Master's (Bachelor's or Master's in computers or electronics is preferable)
  • Experience in corporate In-House recruitment will be an added advantage
  • Relevant experience of at least 3 years in Domestic IT and Non-IT recruiting at all levels from junior executive to senior level positions.
  • Strong exposure to various hiring platforms such as Naukri; linkedin; indeed; hirist; hirect; Apna and other free portals too.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, good command of the English language.
