Job Role :
- Technical IT AND Non-Technical Recruitment
- Recruitment for our in-house Technical (IT / EC) and Non-Technical requirements of Domestic staff at Pan India locations as per the timelines
- Sourcing and screening resumes, Head hunting
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- liaising with interviewers and following up on the interview process status
- Engaging with shortlisted and prospective candidates
- Keeping the selected candidates warm till Joining
- Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and solicit referrals
- Maintain database and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Requirements
Required Skills :
Any Bachelor's / Master's (Bachelor's or Master's in computers or electronics is preferable)Experience in corporate In-House recruitment will be an added advantageRelevant experience of at least 3 years in Domestic IT and Non-IT recruiting at all levels from junior executive to senior level positions.Strong exposure to various hiring platforms such as Naukri; linkedin; indeed; hirist; hirect; Apna and other free portals too.Excellent Communication Skills, good command of the English language.Desired Personality Traits
