Agrim is redefining Indias agri-inputs ecosystem with a tech-first, transparent, and efficient B2B platform. In just five years, weve built a pan-India presence and become the trusted partner for suppliers and institutional buyers. With ~500 Cr annual sales, we are scaling rapidly and reshaping how bulk trade in agri-inputs happens in India.

The Role

We are looking for a driven sales professional to join and strengthen our Institutional Business team. This is a high-ownership role with responsibility for driving revenue growth, building relationships with large institutional buyers, and executing expansion initiatives across India.

Youll work closely with leadership, gaining direct exposure to P&L levers (pricing, margins, unit economics) while leading execution at scale. For ambitious professionals, this role is a launchpad toward future P&L leadership.

What Youll Do

  • Drive Institutional Sales : Own revenue delivery, contributing to Agrims 500 Cr+ annual institutional business.
  • Expand Market Share : Unlock new geographies, drive repeat business, and increase wallet share with institutional buyers.
  • Execution Discipline : Implement data-driven sales processes and deliver predictable outcomes.
  • Commercial Acumen : Work with leadership on pricing, unit economics, and margin optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with supply, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution and fulfillment.

What Were Looking For

Experience : 3-5 years in FMCG, Pharma, Construction, Agri-inputs, or B2B institutional sales.
