Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in sales and are passionate about building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer needs and preferences.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
