Job Goal

Increase Business Through Food & Beverage & Pharma customers by adding more Reach and Range of our filtration products

Responsibilities

Client Management :

 Identify potential clients and develop a client portfolio.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.

 Understand their specific requirements and challenges faced by customers and propose tailor-made solutions from our product / service offerings.

 Map all the filtration requirements of each client and maintain data base.

 Address customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Sales and Business Development :

 Generate leads and prospect for new business opportunities with Food & Beverage & Pharma business segment.

 Develop and implement strategic plan to achieve the business objective and revenue goals.

 Present and promote the company’s range of products effectively to institutional customers.

Product Knowledge :

 Maintain in-depth understanding of the company’s product range and communicate the advantages and benefits to institutional customers.

 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to offer informed recommendations to customers.

Qualification

 MBA – Marketing (or) Chemistry Background with Fresher or 2-3 years of experience in marketing

 Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in institutional sales or corporate accounts & Handling distribution network

Competencies / Skills

 Strong Problem-Solving abilities and customer-centric approach,

 Self-motivated and goal oriented

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Excellent communication and presentations Skills, Good Listener and communication in Hindi, English & Local Language

 Ethical and professional conduct at all times.

Experience

 Fresher or 2-3 years’ marketing experience of selling filtration products / systems / services in Food & Beverage / Pharma Industry
