The role is responsible for ensuring profitable business growth through effective cost and working capital management while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role leverages digitization as an enabler to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Revenue Management :

• Ensure timely adherence to budgeted sales targets through efficient dispatch management (% Adherence).
• Monitor and enhance Service Value Cost (SVC) effectiveness to improve profitability (RS / Kg).
• Strategically plan and execute actions to optimize Gross Margin (% Output).
