Job Responsibilities (Key Duties & Expectations)
Achieve assigned acquisition and revenue targets.Monitor, manage, and maximize revenue from existing clients.Perform duties across multiple departments, including Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Onboarding, and Client Services.Develop and maintain direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.Collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance products by gathering market requirements.Identify and interpret customer requirements for solutions.Create customer presentations on solution-related topics.Develop detailed Scopes of Work and communicate them to the Development team.Prepare customer proposals based on client requirements.Train the field sales team on product features and benefits.Support customer onboarding and provide initial handholding.Interact with various stakeholders, including clients, Service Delivery, and Accounts SPOCs.Demonstrate products to customers through interactive demos.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.Specific Requirements (Shifts, Travel, Languages, etc.)
