Job Summary :
- As an Assistant Manager Business Development, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an account manager.
- You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions that align with our products / services.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets and expand the recruitment agency's market presence.Get a contract, permanent Staffing Requirements, and close positions.Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business leads and opportunities.Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts / clients and independently handle staffing business.Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders / Principals.Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organisations to understand their recruitment needs and position the agency as a trusted talent acquisition partner.Solution Selling : Present and promote the agency's services to clients, offering customized recruitment solutions that align with their specific requirements.Proposal Creation : Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and presentations for potential clients.Market Analysis : Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to gain a competitive edge.Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the agency's network, build relationships, and generate new leads.Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.Collaboration : Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and their requirements.(ref : iimjobs.com)
