Job Summary :
As a Business Development - Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an account manager and must be from an agency background (recruitment agency). You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions that align with our products / services.
Key Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets and expand the recruitment agency's market presence. Get a contract, permanent Staffing Requirements, and close positions.
Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business leads and opportunities. Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts / clients and independently, handle staffing business. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders / Principals.
Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations to understand their recruitment needs and position the agency as a trusted talent acquisition partner.
Solution Selling : Present and promote the agency's services to clients, offering customized recruitment solutions that align with their specific requirements.
Proposal Creation : Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and presentations for potential clients.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the agency's network, build relationships, and generate new leads.
Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
Collaboration : Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and their requirements.
Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets, providing regular reports to management. To focus on generating repeat business from the existing Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
