Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and expand existing IT staffing client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Understand client hiring requirements and deliver tailored talent acquisition solutions.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Oversee P&L for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing business development teams.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Proven track record (10+ years) in IT staffing, recruitment services, or account management.Exceptional client management, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.Strategic and consultative approach to client engagement and business growth.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools is a plus.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).(ref : iimjobs.com)
