Job Title : Automotive Parts Customer Service Specialist
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support for automotive spare parts customers. This includes managing daily customer requests, addressing complaints and inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Request Management : Manage daily customer requests through a shared mailbox and provide timely support across multiple channels.
- Complaint Resolution : Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Sales and Returns : Conduct product sales and process returns and related requests in a professional manner.
- Needs Assessment : Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and deliver excellent customer experience.
- Complaint Handling : Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
