Garage Service Expert

If you have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or operations in a high-pressure environment and are eager to learn about startup operations from within, then you might be the ideal candidate.

The perfect candidate will :

• Have expertise in managing complaints directly with customers in a B2C start-up setting.
• Be proficient in written and spoken English, ideally fluent.
• possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex car maintenance processes for our customers.

About The Role

Our team is seeking an accomplished Garage Allocations Associate to play a pivotal role in ensuring every booking is allocated to the most suitable garage while reducing customer and garage cancellations. Key responsibilities include :

Your work schedule will be UK daytime (08 : 00am - 17 : 00pm GMT) Monday to Friday. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive culture that encourages your input and suggestions as we grow. As a member of our operations team, you may occasionally support other tasks and projects.
