HIRING : Virtual Real Estate Assistant & Admin Schedule : Monday to Saturday, 9 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM ATLANTIC TIME (6 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST)
Alternate Saturdays or Monday–Friday can be considered for the right candidate
Location : Remote (Work from Home)
Base Salary : ₹40,000 to ₹65,000 INR / month (based on experience)

I’m looking for one person who can take full control of the backend of my real estate business - no babysitting, no micromanaging.
About the Role
I’m hiring a fast, hard-working, reliable, and organised Virtual Assistant with excellent attention to details to fully run the backend of my fast-paced real estate business.
You’ll handle everything behind the scenes :
PLEASE NOTE : This is NOT a task-by-task role . You’re expected to fully take-over the backend operations of this business, and proactively stay on top of everything - from leads, documents, and communication to coordination and follow-ups.
Your responsibility is to keep the business running smoothly in the backend without needing any reminders, and to provide regular, clear updates throughout the day to Arvin on what’s happening with deals, listings, documents etc.
If you need to be told what to do every day, this is not the job for you . You’ll be fully responsible for keeping track of everything happening in the business and making sure Arvin stays organized and informed about what he needs to handle .
The goal is for someone to full control of the backend of the business, so Arvin can focus on showing houses, meeting clients and bringing in more business.
Training via documentation or video recordings will be provided. But you will be expected to learn the tools and systems we use independently through online resources. A quick learner and self-starter is a must.

Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and able to multitask
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Hindi (spoken) is an asset
Punjabi (spoken or understanding) is a bonus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with ChatGPT and other AI tools
Familiar with (or quick to learn) CRMs like Excel and kvCORE
Clear communicator, strong follow-up skills
Always thinking ahead and suggesting better tools or systems
Core Responsibilities
Communication & Coordination
Promptly respond to emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages
Professionally handle communication with buyers, sellers, lawyers, agents, inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc.
Manage Arvin’s calendar and schedule appointments
Real Estate Knowledge
Learn the New Brunswick real estate market (residential, commercial, land)
Understand and explain buying / selling processes
Learn all contracts, tools, forms, and systems used by the team
Buyer Support
Guide buyers through the entire process
Understand their needs and find relevant listings
Coordinate showings with Arvin and other agents
Ensure all documents and steps after an accepted offer are handled with accuracy and speed
Provide regular updates and request a review after closing
Seller Support & Listing Management
List properties on MLS by gathering data and completing forms
Track leads from first contact to sold
Educate sellers, answer their questions, and keep them updated
Coordinate photos, staging, and communication with buyer agents
Send weekly listing performance reports
Ensure deal paperwork is handled correctly and efficiently
Request reviews after closing
Document Management
Learn, complete, and manage real estate documents and forms
Use e-signature systems and Skyslope for organization
Track deal and listing statuses, and update Arvin regularly
CRM & Lead Management
Maintain organized lead records (buyers & sellers) in Excel or CRM
Follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads
Keep client communication timely, friendly, and consistent
Nurture trust and relationships with new leads and clients
