Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Noida. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for advising clients on residential and commercial transactions, providing end-to-end investment guidance, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks involve real estate development activities, property showings, client consultations, and market analysis. The specialist will collaborate with developers, investors, and homeowners to ensure successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate of Noida location
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Real Property
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
• Experience in high-value transactions and investment guidance
• Proficiency in market analysis and property valuation
