Role & Responsibilities
- Generate sales through existing clients and create new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings.
- Coordinate between customers and the company regarding service updates, pricing, and new product launches.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
- Increase business opportunities through various market channels.
- Manage aggressive sales targets and work towards achieving them consistently.
- Conduct continuous follow-ups with customers to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Build and retain strong client relationships by understanding and fulfilling their requirements.
- Assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day operations and store management activities.
- Develop strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Handle customer complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of sales staff when required.
- Delegate tasks to the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager.
- Ensure sales staff follow company policies and guidelines.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor sales team performance and provide necessary support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
- Build strong working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Identify new opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.
- Perform the duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
