Head Field Solutions is looking for a Virtual Assistant – Property Management to join our on-site team in Noida (Sector 59). This is a full-time, 5-day working role aligned with US EST hours .
Role Overview :
We are seeking candidates with experience supporting Property Management or Real Estate businesses in the US market. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with property owners and tenants, handling documentation, and performing cold calling and follow-ups as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to property listings, leasing, and maintenance.
- Handle cold calling, lead follow-ups, and client communication for US-based property clients.
- Maintain property databases, CRM entries, and document records accurately.
- Assist in managing commercial property sales and related support functions.
- Work collaboratively with internal and client teams during EST business hours.
Requirements :
Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Virtual Assistant in the Property Management or Real Estate domain (US market preferred).Strong communication and client coordination skills.Hands-on experience with administrative tools, CRM systems, and real estate processes.Prior exposure to commercial property sales or leasing is an added advantage.Immediate joiners preferred.Work Details :
