An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Ticketing Agent with strong command over Amadeus and Sabre , GDS fare construction , reissues / refunds , and BSP reconciliation .
The role involves managing international and domestic air bookings, ensuring ticketing accuracy, and supporting both B2B and B2C travel operations.
Key Responsibilities Ticketing & GDS Operations
Issue, reissue, revalidate, exchange, void, and refund tickets via Amadeus and Sabre
Manage FIT and group bookings for international and domestic sectors
Verify published, private, net, and negotiated fares
Apply fare rules, endorsements, penalties, and baggage regulations
Handle queues, schedule changes, and NDC / LCC ticket issuance
Assist sales and operations teams with fare searches and itinerary support
Financial & BSP Reconciliation
Prepare and reconcile BSP / ARC reports, settlements, and weekly remittances
Maintain ticketing logs and payment records
Manage ADM / ACM disputes and coordinate with airlines for waivers
Validate commissions, markups, and incentives
Provide monthly reporting to the finance team
Airline & Supplier Coordination
Liaise with airline representatives for fare overrides, waivers, and approvals
Resolve ticketing discrepancies, involuntary changes, and schedule disruptions
Manage group quotations and seat blocks with airlines
Customer Support
Support agencies, corporate clients, and passengers on ticketing issues
Process cancellations, changes, refunds, and EMDs (seats, meals, baggage, etc.)
Ensure compliance with airline and IATA regulations
Required Skills & Experience 3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations
Advanced proficiency in Amadeus and Sabre (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of fare construction, exchanges, and refunds
Hands-on experience in BSP / ARC reconciliation
Familiarity with ADM / ACM handling and dispute resolution
Understanding of NDC , LCC , and EMD workflows
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
Preferred / Nice to Have Experience with queue automation or ticketing scripts
Exposure to multi-currency or multi-country ticketing
Background in group ticketing or consolidator operations
Bilingual skills (Spanish / English)
