Senior Manager - Instructional Design & Content Development will lead a geographically distributed team of instructional designers and SOP writers focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) training. This role is responsible for overseeing content creation, quality assurance, ticket-based documentation updates, and strategic content revamp initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring solid RCM domain knowledge, instructional design experience, and excellent language skills to drive impactful learning solutions.
Primary Responsibilities :
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead a team of 20+ Instructional Designers and Content Writersacross India and the Philippines
Manage direct reports in India and oversee the Philippines team via a local people manager
Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
Ensure high team engagement and productivity
Content Development & Maintenance
Oversee creation of job aids, ILTs, WBTs, and SOPs for front-end and back-end RCM training
Manage a ticketing system for content requests from operations and training delivery teams
Allocate resources and monitor daily capacity and utilization
Quality Assurance
Conduct quality reviews based on established style guides
Ensure content accuracy, clarity, formatting, and alignment with stakeholder expectations
Drive continuous improvement in content quality and instructional effectiveness
Project Leadership
Lead large-scale content revamp projects involving thousands of documents
Collaborate with stateside learning partners to align on restricted vs. non-restricted content responsibilities
Drive efficiencies and innovation in content creation and delivery
