Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Specialist located in Noida, Gurgaon & Hyderabad. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs, creating training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training. They will also monitor and evaluate employee performance to gauge success and areas for improvement. This role includes collaboration with management to identify training needs and mapping out growth and development plans.

Qualifications

• Experience of minimum 3 Years in AR , Denials, Cash posting, RCM cycle, billing (U.S Healthcare)
• Worked on designations like Trainer, Process Coach, SME, QA Analyst, Sr. AR executive.
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute
